Getting to Morris
Where is Hotel Morris?
Is there parking available?
We do not have on-site parking. However, Hotel Morris guests can enjoy a special rate of $50 per 24 hours or per exit at World Square Point Parking, located at 644 George Street. To secure this rate, please take an entry parking ticket from the carpark and bring it to our front desk. Our team will assist you with payments and provide an exit ticket. Please note that the maximum clearance at World Square Point Parking is 1.90 meters, and entry is available via Pitt Street or Goulburn Street.
Is there public transport nearby?
Hotel Morris is conveniently located near public transport options. Within walking distance from Central Station, Town Hall station and Museum station, guests have access to Sydney’s extensive train network, including suburban and intercity services. Bus stops along Pitt Street and surrounding areas offer easy access to various parts of Sydney. Additionally, a nearby light rail station provides convenient travel options throughout the city.

What is the minimum age required to check in?
You must be 18 or older to book a room and check-in. For security purposes, a valid government or state-issued photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in is available after 2 pm unless you have purchased Early Check-In. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, we can securely hold your bags while you explore the neighbourhood or the city. Early check-in is available from 9 am for a fee of $100. Please contact HA1G7@accor.com to purchase the early check-in offer.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out is at 11am. If you’d like to stay a bit longer, please feel free to speak to the reception team. Late check-out is available for $30 per hour. Any check-out after 3pm incurs a full day’s accommodation charge.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, we are always happy to hold your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please speak to our Morris team on the ground floor for assistance.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms.
Can I order in-room dining?
24-hour in-room dining is available when you are staying at Hotel Morris!
Is there a laundry service available?
Hotel Morris offers external dry cleaning. Be sure to bring down your washing to the team by 9am, and you will receive it back by the night.
Is there a smoking policy?
All rooms and public spaces in Hotel Morris are smoke/vape-free. If you light up or vape inside the hotel, we must charge a $500 smoking fee to your card plus taxes. If a fire brigade is called due to your smoking/vaping, you will be charged a $2000 fine on top of your smoking fee.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, but unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly hotel.
Your Booking
What is the cancellation policy?
The booking confirmation form you have received has all the details you need to see if you can cancel your booking. Whenever in doubt, please email HA1G7@accor.com or call us on 02 8224 5777.
What is the guarantee policy?
All bookings are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We will still ask to see a credit card upon check-in. If you have booked a ‘flexible’ rate, you will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel or in the event of cancellation. For non-refundable bookings, the full accommodation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
You will be sent a confirmation email at the time of booking. This will include all the details of your reservation:
- Confirmation Number
- Dates of Stay
- Room Type
- Number of Guests
- Room Rate
- Cancellation Policy
- Early Departure
Depending on your rate, you may be able to cancel your booking without fees if you advise us at least 24 hours before your arrival. For any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us on the Ground Floor.
